Rank Responsibilities
Order of Concord is made up of several ranks within the guild. The ranks in the guild, from highest to lowest, are the High council (consisting of the Guild Leaders and the Lords and Ladies), Members, and Initiates. All ranks Lords and Ladies and above are officer positions.
Guild Leader
This is an all-encompassing position. Suffice it to say that this rank runs things, whether directly or through delegation. This is a permanent position, and for the unforeseeable future will not be a changing position. Everything that we are ultimately falls on this person's shoulders. Basically, if you want this position, you're completely crazy and have somehow avoided being committed for mental problems. All of these player's guilded characters are officers in the guild.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold the guild charter and policies
- Head of the High Council
- Oversight of the website - input and final decisions made with the Web Master
- Administrator of the message boards - ability to see and moderate all forums on the boards
- Conduct any officer meetings that may be held
- Participate on the boards
- View, accept, and decline applications
- Reviews all applications - posts opinions for or against
- Invite new members
- Remove guild members and officers
- Promote/demote guild members to/from officer status
- Nominate and discuss possible members for Officer (Lord and Lady) promotions
- Mediate guild related issues - following the chain of command
- Make/post guild-wide announcements on forums, main website and guild motd
- Conduct the guild-wide meetings
- Have fun and enjoy your time in Norrath
Lords & Ladies
Lords and Ladies are appointed after being nominated. These officers are one step below the Elders. It is somewhat rare that one is promoted to the rank of Lord or Lady. Those that are considered have shown their ability time and again over a long period of time. This is rank is non-termed, i.e. it is a lasting position as long as the player is a member of the guild. All of these player's guilded characters are officers in the guild.
- Uphold the guild charter and policies
- Head of the High Council
- Moderator of all areas of the message board except for the Officer's Only area
- Attend any officer meetings that may be held
- Participate on the boards
- View all applications
- Reviews all applications - posts opinions for or against
- Invite new members
- Remove guild members
- Nominate and discuss possible members for Officer (Lord and Lady) promotions
- Mediate guild related issues - following the chain of command
- Make/post guild-wide announcements on forums and guild motd
- Attend the guild-wide meetings

Member
A member is a non-officer rank within the guild. This person has passed through the initiation period and has been successfully promoted to a full member of the guild. Members and higher may add alts to the guild as long as their alts are level 10 or higher. The responsibilities of the member hold true for all members of the guild Member level and higher.

- Guide and take responsibilities for any new members they bring into the guild
- Participate on the boards
- Have fun and enjoy your time in Norrath
Initiate
Initiates are those who have recently applied for membership to the guild and have passed through the application process, but have not yet passed the probationary period. This probationary period is a minimum of four to eight weeks. An initiate may not have any alts added to the guild.
- Uphold the guild charter and policies
- Get to know members of the guild
- Locate at least one sponsor
- Participate on the boards
